Held in Aleksandrovac, Župska berba has been organized since 1963 as a celebration of the harvest and the winemaking tradition of Aleksandrovačka Župa. The event highlights grapes, wine and the work of local growers, and this edition also features wine flowing from the Wine Fountain.
Visitors can sample local specialties and Župa wine in Vinska ulica, join the carnival atmosphere, watch the festival parade and attend concerts and exhibitions. The program also includes an agricultural exhibition presenting producers and the wine heritage of the area. Those interested in the region’s history can visit the Museum of Winemaking and Viticulture, whose permanent display traces the development of viticulture in this well-known vineyard region.
