About this event
Desire, the Canadian synth-pop duo led by vocalist Megan Louise and producer Johnny Jewel, comes to Zappa Baza in Belgrade for its first performance in the city. Their music blends italo disco, dream pop and a cinematic electronic style.
The group is widely known for the track "Under Your Spell," featured in the film "Drive." The Belgrade lineup also includes the electro-pop duo MOTHERMARY and a special solo performance by Johnny Jewel.
Jewel is the founder of Italians Do It Better and is associated with projects including Chromatics and Glass Candy, as well as work connected with David Lynch and film soundtracks.
