SUMMARY:Atlantis: Manja Ristić and Aleksandar Lazar
DESCRIPTION:At Galerija Podroom\, Manja Ristić and Aleksandar Lazar pres
ent a joint multimedia exhibition shaped by the Atlantic and the underwa
ter canyon of Nazaré in Portugal\, known for its extreme waves and inte
nsity. Rather than a conventional documentary approach\, the work examin
es this marine environment through sound\, image and spatial installatio
n.\n\nAudio material gathered with hydrophones and in field recordings b
rings forward traces of polluted ecosystems\, altered currents and the p
resence of microplastics. In this setting\, listening becomes a way of c
onfronting environmental disruption that is often distant from everyday
view.\n\nThe visual component by Aleksandar Lazar uses multi-channel vid
eo installation and holographic projection to translate light and vibrat
ion into the gallery space. Frequency-responsive microkinetic and cymati
c forms create an immersive synesthetic environment in which sound and i
 mage continually shift.

DESCRIPTION:Galerija Matice srpske in Novi Sad is presenting St. George
\, a painting by Uroš Predić from 1902 that remained in a private coll

was conceived by Dr. Kosta Vuković and Dr. Snežana Mišić in cooperat
ion with the Serbian Church Museum in Hungary\, and marks the painting
’s first public presentation in Serbia. Alongside the canvas\, visitor
s can see archival research\, family documents and old photographs that
illuminate civic life and the ties among Serbian families from the late
19th and first half of the 20th century.\n\nFollowing the heirs’ decis
