 he background to this project reaches back to Dead Moon\, the influentia
 l Portland trio formed in 1987\, known for mono recordings\, live studio
  takes and a firmly DIY approach to releases and presentation. After Dea
 d Moon ended in 2006\, Fred and Toody Cole continued with Pierced Arrows
 \, and Toody later began a new chapter with Toody Cole and her Band.\n\n
 The current lineup brings together musicians connected with different ph
 ases of that Portland scene\, including players associated with Jenny Do
 n’t And The Spurs. In Belgrade\, audiences can expect a set rooted in 
 the Dead Moon songbook as well as the wider body of work linked to bands
  led by Fred Cole over the decades.
