DESCRIPTION:The nineteenth To Be Punk festival will take place at SKCNS F
 abrika on Friday and Saturday\, 13 and 14 November 2026\, organized by t
 he Students' Cultural Centre Novi Sad. Over the two festival days\, band
 s from the regional and European punk and hardcore scene will perform\, 
 and the programme also includes the photo exhibition “In the Pit” by
  Alison Braun\, an acclaimed American punk rock photographer born and ra
 ised in Los Angeles. During her career\, she has documented countless pu
 nk concerts\, festivals and events\, and her work is considered a valuab
 le historical record of the punk and heavy metal movements.\n\nThis year
 ’s line-up includes the French street punk band Breakout and Germany
 ’s Collaps\, who play a mix of d-beat\, raw punk\, hardcore and Oi!. F
 rom the Netherlands come Hometown Crew\, a youth crew/hardcore band\, an
 d their compatriots Krime\, whose sound recalls the mid-1980s: fierce pu
 nk with a hardcore rhythm and guitar parts in the style of Motörhead.\n
 \nFrom Croatia come Loš primjer\, Pasja kola and Razlog za. Loš primje
 r is one of the longest-running punk bands on the Croatian scene\, known
  for an energetic and melodic sound with pronounced metal sections. Pasj
 a kola are\, as they describe themselves\, a “d-beat four-piece from Z
 agreb that loves life\, loves people\, and wants good for them. It plays
  punk\, plays punk\, plays punk.” Also appearing is Razlog za\, a cult
  regional hardcore punk band from Kutina that returned to the scene afte
 r a break of more than 20 years and will perform in Novi Sad for the fir
 st time.\n\nSerbia will be represented by two young bands: Manitu\, form
 ed in 2021 in Niš\, whose sound draws on punk\, garage rock’n’roll 
 and hardcore\, and NiKola\, a four-member melodic punk band from Bečej 
 formed out of the friendship of its members. Also coming are Norms from 
 Budapest\, a classic five-piece DIY hardcore band\, and Noviot početok\
 , one of the best-known Macedonian punk bands. From Genoa\, Stiglitz wil
 l also perform at the TBP festival\; its songs have become recognisable 
 on the Italian punk scene and part of the repertoire of new generations 
 of listeners.\n\nOn both evenings\, the box office and the doors of Fabr
 ika will open at 19:30\, and band performances will begin at 20:00. The 
 photo exhibition will open on the first day of the festival\, Friday 13 
 November\, at 18:00 in the SKCNS Grand Gallery (Vladimira Perića Valter
 a 5)\, and the exhibition will remain on view until 20 November. Admissi
 on to the exhibition is free.
