Dan Laze Telečkog is a commemorative cultural event dedicated to Laza Telečki, remembered as the first professional Serbian actor, a director, and a prominent member of the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad. Throughout the day, the pedestrian zone features the “Laza Telečki” exhibition, presenting his life and contribution to theatre. The central program begins at 17:00 in the garden of the restaurant “Lazin salaš” with a lecture about his life and significance, followed by suitable drama-and-music content along the street. The event takes place in Ulica Laze Telečkog and the garden of “Lazin salaš” in Novi Sad.
