Refund information
The event "LETU ŠTUKE", originally scheduled to take place on 23 October 2026 in Novi Sad, has been postponed by decision of the organizer. The new event date is 4 December 2026.
All tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the new date without the need for exchange.
Customers for whom the new event date is not suitable are entitled to a refund for purchased tickets.
Based on the organizer’s decision to issue refunds to ticket buyers, Gigs Tix DOO informs customers that it is starting the refund procedure for purchased tickets.
Refunds for purchased tickets will be processed from 5 October 2026 to 20 November 2026.
- For tickets purchased at physical sales points, refunds are made at the place of purchase, except for tickets bought at Vulkan knjižara sales points in Novi Sad, for which refunds are made at the main GIGS TIX box office, Kralja Aleksandra 12 (Pariski magazin), Novi Sad.
Original tickets must be presented when requesting a refund for tickets purchased at physical sales points.
- Customers who purchased tickets through the online sales point need to complete the online form at this link (https://forms.gle/KbKHwh4W9poSMBXPA) and follow the instructions in the form. Based on a correctly completed form, the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.
