Evoken, a funeral doom band from New Jersey, comes to Zappa Barka for a concert centered on slow, heavy and immersive material. Active since 1992, the group is known for long-form songs, deep growled vocals and a live sound built around sustained weight and dark atmosphere.
Support comes from Wurmloch from Temerin, performing melodic funeral doom, and from Belgrade-based Noetic Coil with an electroacoustic dark ambient set.
