Scream, a hardcore punk band from Washington, D.C., are coming to Novi Sad for the first time on their European tour. The concert will be held at Crna kuća - CK13, with local band Shoplifters opening the night.
Formed in 1981 by the Stahl brothers, Scream were among the notable names of the Washington scene alongside bands such as Minor Threat and Government Issue. The band’s lineup has included a number of musicians over the years, including Dave Grohl, who played drums from 1986 until the band’s breakup in 1990. For this show in Novi Sad, the lineup announced is Pete Stahl, Franz Stahl, Skeeter Thompson, Clint Walsh and Jerry Busher.
Shoplifters are well known to local audiences, with six studio albums, four EPs and many live performances behind them.
Tickets are 1,200 RSD and will be available exclusively at the club door on the day of the show.
