Image license and usage terms

This page explains how the images published on Serbian Travel are licensed, who created them, and how you can request permission to reuse them. It applies to the photographs and graphics hosted on our own domain at serbian.travel.
Who creates our images
First-party photography and graphics on Serbian Travel are produced or commissioned by Serbian Travel, operated by Rocky Consulting GmbH, Switzerland. These images are marked with the credit "Serbian Travel" and the copyright notice "© Serbian Travel". The creator named in the image metadata for these files is Serbian Travel.
Licensing of our own images
Our first-party images are protected by copyright and are owned by Serbian Travel. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. We are happy to grant usage rights for editorial and non-commercial purposes on request, usually at no cost, provided the image is credited to Serbian Travel with a link back to the relevant page.
How to acquire a license
To request permission to reuse an image, use the form on our contact page and include the URL of the page where the image appears and a short description of how you intend to use it. We will reply with the applicable terms. This page also serves as the acquire-license reference for the image metadata published across the site.
Third-party and stock images
Some pages use stock photography from external providers such as Unsplash, served from those providers' own domains. Those images are licensed under the terms of their original provider and are not covered by the Serbian Travel license described above. The credit and licensing terms for any third-party image are governed by the provider that hosts it.

If you believe an image on this site infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with the page URL and details of the image, and we will review it promptly.
